Sheet: 26 gauge grade 80 full hard galvanized steel roll formed in continuous corrugation. Galvanized according to A.S.T.M. A653-60 and finished with baked epoxy primer and baked polyester topcoat. B. Side Stripping: p.v.c. rubber to be attached to curtain edges. C. Bottom Bar: curtain to be reinforced with a bottom bar consisting of a continuous 2”x1-1/2”x16 gauge galvanized steel angle fastened to aluminum retainer with bulb astragal.

Drum Assembly: to be formed with 28 gauge galvanized steel sheet rolled around and attached to stamped 18 gauge galvanized steel drums to restrict deflection to .03" per foot (2.5 mm/m) of door width. B. Springs: To be helical torsion type oil tempered wire designed to cycle 12,500 times with an overload factor of 25%. Springs are to be mounted on a 1" (25.4mm) galvanized steel tubing minimum 14 gauge.

The 300 Series consists of 3” — 24 or 22-gauge slats with a flat or curved profile. The slats are commercial grade galvanized steel and coated with Super Durable polyester paint. Model 324, 24-gauge, is available in sizes up to 16’ wide x 16’ high. Model 322, 22-gauge, is available in sizes up to 12’ wide x 12’ high, both models are a perfect choice for freight terminals, commercial, and industrial applications.

U.L. Label sizes up to 120 sq. ft., oversized labels are provided for openings up to 600 sq. ft. All doors comply with 45 minute, 1-1/2 hour, 3 hour, and 4 hour (18-gauge only)

Slats: 22, 20, and 18-gauge galvanized steel flat slats, galvanized according to ASTM A-653 and finished with a high-tech polymer based super durable polyester topcoat.

Floor level release and reset handle provided with the chain hoist, key test station provided with motor operation. No tools or ladders are required for drop test or reset our simple test fire door.

The 500 Series Rolling Fire Door is provided in 3”- 22, 20, or 18-gauge flat slats. This fire door mounts to steel, concrete, masonry block (filled or hollow), and is available in sizes up to 30’ wide and 24’ high (not to exceed 600 square feet). The 500 Series is manufacturing to the highest standards featuring space saving designs with user-friendly operation. The fail-safe operating system is activated by fusible links, smoke detectors, or can be wired to a central alarm system by one of our release devices.

The 600 Series comes in 24, 22, 20, or 18-gauge slats with a flat profile and 24 or 22-gauge back slat that encloses a 5/8” thick insulation strip between the two slats. The 600 Series is available in sizes 40’ x 16’ to 28’ x 26’ (varies by model). The 600 Series is the perfect choice for industrial, commercial, or climate-controlled applications.
