Stair Stringer Production Machinery
TRIDELTA SYSTEMS offers OEM machinery to take your lumber products (reman) to the next level. We engineer, design, and fabricate these systems in our Abbeville, AL facility and provide sales and support of new equipment as well and integration with existing production lines.
TRIDELTA SYSTEMS is proud to introduce the Stair Stream CNC to the lumber products manufacturing industry. This proven system design has been in operation in multiple facilities for the better part of a decade now. This is an important milestone as our experience can assist your operation in a smooth and quick start up of your production line.
The “Stair Stream CNC” is at its core a 2.5 axis CNC system with variable depth capabilities. This means that stair stringers are not the only product that can be produced on this high speed production equipment. Because it has an infinitely long “X” axis, any length infeed stock can be used. While step stringers are a well-established success story, other products that have been suggested are hand rails (with pockets) as well as pergola components. The only limitation is your imagination.
